In early November 2009 my husband and I viewed a property listed by Todd which ticked all of our boxes, after the open home, we left Todd with a list of questions on which he promptly came back with answers.
The property was for sale by Tender which was a new and scary experience for us and would involve purchasing unconditionally prior to the sale of our own property.
We promptly asked Todd to appraise our existing property, focusing on value and potential for a quick sale. He came back with a detailed package/plan on how he perceived the marketing should proceed.
Throughout the Tender process we found Todd to be professional and his experience of the process invaluable.
By late November we had secured our new property and placed the sale of our existing home in the hands of Todd
Todd ran a number of open homes, always providing relevant feedback and follow up with interested parties.
Our house actually sold whilst we were on holiday in Australia, for some this would be a daunting experience, however with Todd’s wealth of experience and negotiation skills he achieved a price we were more than happy with and completed the sale on our behalf, going unconditional before we returned to NZ.

I watch the performance of our sales staff with interest throughout the year, and have enormous respect for all those who achieve to the highest level, in such a strong and competitive company, with all the normal challenges and frustrations of an ever changing real estate market.
