Both Todd Yelavich and Karla Rule (buyer agent) were excellent to deal with and provided ongoing communication. They marketed our property to the point where we achieved maximum exposure that resulted in a sale via the Tender process.

The reason we chose Todd was the presence of local FOR SALE signs and quality of marketing – the quality of his written & electronic marketing was comfortably the best we saw.
